Hyundai Glovis Launches Second-Half Recruitment for New Employees
Applications Accepted Through September 13
Successful Candidates to Join in December
Hyundai Glovis is launching recruitment for new employees who will play a key role as global logistics experts in the second half of 2026.
On September 3, Hyundai Glovis announced that it will be accepting applications for its 2026 second-half new employee recruitment through September 13. The recruitment areas cover the entire business spectrum, including logistics (forwarding, industrial logistics), shipping (car carrier operations, project cargo scheduling, LNG carrier operations/management), distribution (KD, international commerce, trading), IT, management support, and planning.
Applicants must have or expect to obtain a bachelor's or master’s degree by February 2027, must be eligible for international travel, and must possess an official English test score (such as TOEIC, TOEIC Speaking, or OPIc). Male applicants must have completed or been exempted from mandatory military service.
The recruitment process includes a document review, followed by AI competency assessment and aptitude/personality tests (scheduled for early October), a first-round interview (late October to early November), and a final interview (late November). Those who are selected will join the company at the end of December 2026.
Notably, Hyundai Glovis will conduct an AI competency assessment during the recruitment process to comprehensively evaluate whether applicants have the capabilities required for the position and to determine whether their skills match the job for which they have applied. The company will use methods such as strategy games and video interviews to analyze applicants’ thought processes and problem-solving approaches. Based on the measured data, job suitability and performance potential will be predicted.
Additionally, Hyundai Glovis is hosting on-campus recruitment fairs at universities to provide more in-depth hiring information. Employees are directly visiting university campuses to offer prospective applicants insights into Hyundai Glovis’s organizational culture and job responsibilities, as well as career consultations.
The first recruitment fair was held at Yonsei University on September 1, and the second will be held at Sungkyunkwan University on September 8.
