View original imageThis event was organized with the aim of carrying forward the company’s founding "pioneer spirit" as a new challenge in the era of AI. The focus was placed on employees identifying challenges in their respective work areas and implementing AI-powered solutions to produce tangible results.
The theme of the hackathon was "AI Pioneer: Reimagining Aju’s Core Business," and problem-solving tasks were selected in three areas: work innovation, customer experience, and on-site safety. Participants completed prototypes, services, and work improvement deliverables with proven applicability to real work situations, and demonstrated them firsthand during the final presentations.
The competition saw the participation of 16 teams from nine subsidiaries, including Aju Industry, Aju IB Investment, Aju Autorium, Aju Networks, and Aju Hotel Seogyo.
The grand prize went to "AI Local Concierge," which focused on customer experience for RYSE. The "AI-based Pre-diagnosis Service for Vehicle Admission" from Aju Networks won the top excellence award, while the "AI Ready-Mix Concrete Dispatch System Development" by Aju Industry received the excellence award.
The grand prize-winning team will be given the opportunity to attend CES 2027. The teams awarded the top excellence and excellence prizes will each be given the opportunity to experience innovation sites in Japan and China, respectively.
