Kakao announced on September 2 that it will launch a user campaign to introduce a new conversational experience in daily life using artificial intelligence (AI), in collaboration with the idol group RESCENE.

The company explained that RESCENE was chosen because of their friendly image and their consistent communication with fans—qualities that align with the values KakaoTalk pursues. RESCENE will appear in the campaign's opening video as well as in some of the follow-up videos.
Through this campaign with RESCENE, Kakao will showcase via video how KakaoTalk's AI services and various features enable new and easier conversational experiences in everyday life. Features such as summarizing call content with the 'Kanana' function and organizing appointments through 'Kanana in KakaoTalk' are expected to be introduced.
The "Let's Talk" campaign videos will be released throughout September in a series of episodes. The videos can be viewed on KakaoTalk's official channels such as YouTube and Instagram, as well as through banners inside KakaoTalk.
In August, Kakao also released the "Kakao Now" page to share the evolution of KakaoTalk based on user feedback. Going forward, Kakao plans to sequentially apply new features that reflect user input in the second half of this year, and will provide updates through the Kakao Now page.
