AI service platform company RYUTEN Technologies has begun preparations for its initial public offering (IPO).
RYUTEN announced on the 2nd that it recently sent a request for proposal (RFP) to major domestic securities firms to select an IPO underwriter. Targeting a listing after next year, the company plans to choose an underwriter and finalize related details within this month.
RYUTEN has secured a Series C investment worth 100 billion won, having recently been recognized as the first startup in the domestic AI services sector to achieve a valuation exceeding 1 trillion won, driven by sales growth in international markets such as North America.
RYUTEN's AI entertainment content platform "OCC" in the North American region continues its strong growth, surpassing a monthly revenue of 10 billion won.
To fulfill its social responsibility as its AI business grows and to enhance the safety of AI utilization, RYUTEN is preparing to implement a strengthened youth protection policy, with detailed plans to be announced later this month.
