He emphasized that the consultation center should not remain a simple response center, but instead expand its roles to specialized consultation, including customer retention management and more.
CEO Na expressed his gratitude for the hard work of the more than 110 consultants by presenting them with gifts. He encouraged the team, stating, "You, who are closest to hearing the voices of our customers, are our company’s greatest asset and source of pride," and added, "Let us continue to listen to feedback from the field and create warm and differentiated services that customers can truly feel."
Following this visit, Hanwha General Insurance plans to expand the 'Consultation Call Listening Program', which offers direct customer feedback, to include team leaders and other organizational managers, and to establish customer consultation experiences as a regular program. The company intends to strengthen 'field-oriented activities' that reflect customer feedback in service enhancements, as part of its commitment to consumer protection-focused management.
