Ulsan City to Hold Real Estate Academy for 340 Citizens on a First-Come, First-Served Basis

Ulsan City will provide practical real estate information, covering everything from real estate market trends to issues that may arise during transactions, such as accidents and tax matters.
According to Ulsan City on August 31, applications for the "Real Estate Lecture (Academy)" will be accepted from September 1 to September 18, in an effort to improve citizens' understanding of real estate and provide useful information for daily life.
This lecture will take place at 10 a.m. on September 30 in the main auditorium of the Ulsan Family Culture Center. The event has been organized to help prevent damages that may occur during real estate transactions and to support stable residential living, with topics including the latest government real estate policies and market outlook.
The lectures will be conducted by experts in the fields of real estate, brokerage, and taxation. First, Professor Kwon Daejung will discuss the government's outlook on real estate, explaining market trends and policy directions. Next, certified realtor Park Sookyi will provide a lecture on preventing real estate transaction accidents, highlighting key points to watch for during the contract process.
Tax accountant Lee Hojae will cover real estate taxation, offering information on taxes that citizens need to know in relation to real estate transactions and ownership.
Any Ulsan citizen may apply, and a total of 340 participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
