Donghoon Lee, CEO of SK Biopharmaceuticals, has purchased company shares worth 180 million won.
According to a disclosure by SK Biopharmaceuticals on the 31st, CEO Lee acquired 2,000 shares of common stock through an on-exchange transaction on the 27th. The average purchase price per share was 90,898 won.

SK Biopharmaceuticals explained, "This reflects management's commitment to the company's mid- to long-term growth, based on the solid growth trajectory of Cenobamate and next-generation growth engines including Opacalim."
Yoo Changho, head of strategy at SK Biopharmaceuticals, who led the Opacalim acquisition deal, also participated in responsible management by purchasing 500 shares of company stock.
