Binance Unveils Platform Integrating AI Agents and Financial Services

Global virtual asset exchange Binance has launched an integrated platform that connects artificial intelligence (AI) agents with financial services.
On the 31st, Binance announced the release of "Binance Agent OS," stating that it is expanding its financial super-app strategy to fit the age of AI.
Binance Agent OS serves as both a gateway and toolkit to link AI agents with Binance’s financial infrastructure. Developers can connect their AI agents to Binance’s system, allowing access to a range of information and features, including market data. Binance plans to gradually expand the connection scope to include payments and on-chain domains in the future.
The OS has adopted MCP, an open-standard server for seamless compatibility with global AI systems—including ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, Claude Code—as well as in-house agents. Users can add a Binance MCP server to their AI agent environment and, through a simple authentication process and permission settings, connect to the system.
Binance also offers the "Skill Hub." With this feature, users can connect functionalities such as Web3 wallet tracking and DeFi interaction to AI agents, without the need for dedicated integration logic.
As AI becomes directly linked to financial services, users’ control and security measures have also been enhanced. Binance Agent OS is designed so that agents only operate within the explicit permissions granted by users. Users can directly set the accessible functions, permissions, and fund limits for each agent, and these can be modified or disconnected at any time. An "Emergency Stop" function is also included, enabling users to immediately suspend access for all agents when necessary.
