Approximately 250 participants, including ordinary consumers, representatives from the financial sector, related organizations, and external experts, are expected to attend the event. It will serve as a platform for open sharing and discussion of efforts to strengthen financial consumer protection.
In the first session, the Financial Supervisory Service will provide a comprehensive report on its achievements and progress in implementing the "Financial Consumer Protection Improvement Roadmap." Representatives from the financial industry are scheduled to present concrete case studies on improvements in the areas of financial product development and sales processes, as well as the strengthening of internal controls. External experts will offer recommendations on the Financial Supervisory Service's efforts to enhance financial consumer protection and suggest future action plans.

There will also be an open floor for attendees to share their opinions, as well as a live Q&A session with senior officials of the Financial Supervisory Service.
