'K-beauty Talent Magnet'...APR to Launch Second-Half Open Recruitment for New Employees

Applications Accepted Until September 20 via APR Recruitment Website
Campus Recruiting at 7 Universities Including Yonsei University
APR, which has grown into a leading 'K-beauty' company, will launch large-scale recruitment of new employees in the second half of the year. The company will open 32 positions in 8 departments, including product planning, marketing, development, and production, in an effort to secure talent that will drive its future growth engine.
On August 31, APR announced that it will conduct its 2026 second-half open recruitment for new employees starting from September 1. Applications can be submitted through the APR recruitment website, and document submissions will be accepted until September 20.
This round of hiring will cover a total of 32 positions across 8 departments, including product planning, marketing, design, legal affairs, development, and production. The company’s plan is to proactively secure the next generation of talent across a variety of roles needed for global business expansion.
Eligibility requirements include a bachelor's degree from a four-year university, or the expectation to graduate by February 2027. The recruitment process consists of document screening, an organizational fit assessment, and interviews. For certain positions, an assignment test will also be required. Successful candidates will have a three-month internship, after which they will have the opportunity to be converted to full-time employees.
Alongside the recruitment process, APR will conduct 'campus recruiting' by directly visiting major universities in Korea. From September 1 to 11, the company will provide recruitment briefings and counseling at seven universities, starting with Yonsei University, followed by Hanyang University, Korea University, Sungkyunkwan University, Ewha Womans University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and Kyung Hee University.
During campus recruiting, employees from each department will participate in counseling sessions to offer applicants detailed information about the work and recruitment process. Mediqube products will also be provided to those who participate in the consultations.
This recruitment drive is part of APR’s strategy to secure talent and maintain its growth trajectory. In its '2025 APR Sustainability Management Report' published in June, the company identified 'global talent acquisition' as a key priority. In addition to recruitment, APR continues to strengthen its talent development system by improving onboarding, enhancing job competency training, and expanding employee welfare programs.
