Plateer Becomes Korea’s First GitLab Professional Services Partner
Plateer has become the first company in Korea to obtain the ‘Professional Services Partner (PSP)’ qualification from GitLab, a leading global DevSecOps platform provider.
According to Plateer on August 31, GitLab’s PSP qualification is the highest level of technical certification, verifying a company’s ability to directly provide specialized technical services such as architecture design, system migration, and customized consulting. Plateer successfully passed GitLab’s rigorous technical certification standards and engineering capability evaluations to acquire the PSP qualification, and at the same time, was promoted to the highest Select Partner tier.
The GitLab PSP is the top technical certification awarded to partners who are able to directly provide specialized technical services—including architecture design, system migration, new deployment, customized consulting, and training—for enterprise clients, going beyond simple product sales. By obtaining this qualification, Plateer has formally demonstrated its global-level technical expertise and market execution capabilities.
With this promotion, Plateer plans to offer end-to-end services for companies adopting or currently operating GitLab, such as ▲enterprise-customized DevSecOps architecture design ▲large-scale GitLab migration ▲consulting for CI/CD pipeline optimization and integrated security ▲expert-driven technical support and training. Leveraging this momentum, Plateer aims to further expand its DevSecOps business portfolio by targeting enterprise customers in diverse industries—including semiconductor, finance, public sector, and gaming—that are seeking to implement AI-based development and operations environments (Agentic AI DevOps) and transition to CI/CD.
