This event is organized to support young farmers in expanding their sales channels and increasing their income, providing them with the opportunity to introduce and sell agricultural products they have produced directly to consumers.
Prior to the live commerce session, on the previous day, NH Investment & Securities presented advanced tool kits necessary for agricultural management as graduation gifts to all 28 graduates of the NongHyup Young Farmer Academy. By supporting practical supplies that can be used in the field, the company aims to help young farmers establish stable farming operations and to continue fostering long-term growth in partnership with agricultural producers.
NH Investment & Securities has continued its efforts to support the growth of young and startup farmers by not only expanding their sales channels, but also by providing a range of financial and non-financial support. Since the live commerce support program launched in 2023, a total of 41 farms have participated, achieving cumulative sales of approximately 120 million won. In addition, since 2017, the company has supported 252 farms through its ongoing crowdfunding initiative, generating cumulative sales of about 1.67 billion won.
Notably, starting this year, NH Investment & Securities plans to significantly increase the number of farms supported through its crowdfunding initiative from 24 per year to 100, enabling more farms to access funding and new market opportunities.
