Neptune to Supply H5 Games to Kakao Pay's "Mini Game"
Supplying Proprietary IP and Partnered Casual Games in H5 Format
Enhancing Advertising Profitability by Integrating "AdX"
Neptune announced on August 28 that it has signed a game content supply agreement with Kakao Pay and will participate as a partner company for Kakao Pay's "Mini Game" service.
Mini Game is a service launched by Kakao Pay in February 2026, as the company aims to become a lifestyle financial platform. Users can enjoy a variety of games and perform simple missions to earn Kakao Pay Points as rewards. The games can be accessed directly on Kakao Pay and KakaoTalk without the need to install a separate game application.
Through the new agreement, Neptune plans to select from its popular intellectual property (IP) and affiliated casual games those best optimized for Kakao Pay users, and convert them into H5 (HTML5) format. In addition, the mobile advertising revenue maximization platform "AdX" will be integrated into games available on Kakao Pay. The goal is to enhance profitability by automatically serving advertisements with higher eCPM (effective cost per mille) through this structure.
Neptune is already collaborating with Toss as an "App in Toss" partner since July of last year. The company is successfully servicing about 30 games, including "Infinite Stairs" and "Cat Snack Bar," and has also hosted the "H5 Game Challenge" contest to prepare for supplying game content to platform operators.
