A plan was also proposed to use the Youth Account of the Future Response Fund, which is created from excess tax revenue, for housing policies. Assemblyman Oh Ki-hyung explained, "We have put forward policy suggestions such as actively acquiring land from certain sites and constructing buildings using funds to support Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH), expanding tax support for youth monthly rent, and adjusting loan interest rates."
