KB Kookmin Bank announced on August 27 that it has signed a "financial support business agreement to strengthen the competitiveness of tenant companies in industrial complexes and promote balanced growth of local manufacturing industries" with the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund and the Korea Technology Finance Corporation.
This agreement follows the "business agreement for expanding ESG management and supporting export promotion for companies located in industrial complexes" signed in June of last year with the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation.

Based on these funds, guarantee-backed loans worth approximately 350 billion won will be supplied.
Companies eligible for the special contribution guarantee under the agreement can receive a 100% guarantee ratio for three years and a 0.3 percentage point reduction in guarantee fees. In addition, companies eligible for the guarantee fee support agreement will receive 1.0 percentage point per annum, totaling 2.0 percentage points over two years, in guarantee fee support from the bank, helping to reduce financial costs.
