The agreement aims to ensure that foreign workers who suffer industrial accidents can receive all necessary assistance in one place, from medical treatment and industrial accident compensation claims to immigration-related administrative procedures. Daegu Dongsan Hospital will provide medical examinations and treatment for connected foreign industrial accident patients, as well as cooperate in the issuance of necessary medical reports and documents required during the industrial accident approval process. Best Administrative Office will support foreign workers through complex administrative procedures, including immigration services related to visa status, industrial accident applications, and disability benefit claims.
Foreign workers often experience difficulties navigating treatment and compensation procedures after accidents at work, due to language and system barriers. In particular, when industrial accident applications and visa issues arise simultaneously, they are burdened with visiting both medical and administrative institutions separately. This agreement is designed to alleviate such inconveniences.
Jeonbuk Bank plans to expand this cooperative effort beyond financial services, aiming to further enhance the daily convenience of its foreign customers.
