View original imageAccording to Daishin Asset Trust on August 26, through this agreement, the company plans to provide professional project management and licensing support throughout the project, ensuring stable and efficient project execution.
The development site is located at 1201 U-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, with a total land area of 99,368 square meters. The site is planned to house residential and commercial facilities, with buildings reaching up to 59 floors.
This area is a double-station district, accessible by both Centum City Station on Busan Metro Line 2 and Centum Station on the Donghae Line. Additionally, it is close to Wondong IC and Gwangandaegyo Bridge. The region boasts excellent living infrastructure, with access to the Suyeong River waterfront park, Jangsan Mountain, ample green spaces, as well as quality school districts including Gangdong Elementary School, Centum Middle School, and Centum High School.
