57 New Employees and 3 Experienced Professionals Including Lawyers and Accountants to Be Recruited
The Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) announced on August 25 that it will hire 60 new employees in regular positions through its second-half recruitment notice.
Last year, KOSME recruited 109 new employees, the largest number in its history. This year, the agency plans to contribute to job creation by recruiting a total of 120 people based on its annual recruitment announcements: 60 in the first half and another 60 in the second half.
Recruitment will be through open competition for the following positions: Management Planning (12), Corporate Evaluation (19), Global (3), Debt Management and Compliance Support (4), and Statistical Financial Engineering (2). In addition, to secure specialized talent for driving industrial structural changes such as the AI-driven digital transformation, separate quotas have been established for IT Convergence (IT Systems) (5) and IT Convergence (Big Data and AI) (2).
In addition, through restricted competition, KOSME will recruit 3 experienced professionals with specialized qualifications: Lawyers (1) and Certified Public Accountants (2). To promote social equity hiring, 10 veterans eligible for employment assistance will also be recruited separately.
The recruitment process consists of document screening, a written test, a first-round interview (practical interview), and a second-round interview (executive interview). The written test will be held in Seoul on October 10. Final successful candidates will be announced in December, and appointments are scheduled for December 30.
