Esteem and 9Ato Team Up to Nurture Artists
Signing of MOU for Management and Content Collaboration
Esteem announced on the 25th that it has entered into a strategic business agreement with 9Ato Entertainment to collaborate in the fields of artist management and content.
Esteem will work together with 9Ato Entertainment, home to Han Sohee, and 935 Entertainment, home to Namgoong Min, to support its artists' activities in fashion, advertising, and commerce. The two management companies will identify artists among Esteem's talents—such as models and creators—who are looking to expand into acting, and will pursue casting opportunities for projects as well.
Both parties will also jointly discover next-generation talents, including new models and actors. In particular, they plan to merge 9Ato Entertainment's planning capabilities with Esteem’s strength in fashion and visual direction to jointly develop film and video content, while seeking ways to connect casting for their roster of artists, including Jang Yoonju.
9Ato Entertainment is also strengthening its variety show capabilities by recruiting Kim Dongjun, former CEO of SM C&C, as its general manager. As a result, the scope of cooperation is expected to expand to include support for Esteem artists' variety show activities and joint content planning.
