RaonSecure to Host "2026 SecureUp & Hackathon" on September 30... Unveiling Security Solutions for the Era of Agentic AI
RaonSecure, a company specializing in AI security and authentication platforms, will unveil its next-generation security strategies and technologies in response to the era of agentic AI.
On August 25, RaonSecure announced that it will host the "2026 SecureUp & Hackathon" at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul on September 30. Now in its 14th edition, this year’s SecureUp event will be held under the theme “Make Agentic AI Fun and Secure.”
This event will focus on presenting security technologies and implementation strategies to realize “Trustworthy AI” in the age of agentic AI, where AI independently makes decisions and carries out tasks.
In particular, RaonSecure plans to introduce its platform strategy, which combines AI and security, centering on agentic AI-based security automation. The company aims to materialize a “bidirectional AI security” approach, ensuring security is embedded both in the application of AI to security domains and in AI services themselves.
In his keynote speech, Soonhyung Lee, CEO of RaonSecure, will explain the changes agentic AI will bring to the security industry and reveal design methods for building “trust” to support AI-driven decisions and actions.
Following this, RaonSecure’s experts, including Chief Technology Officer Taejin Kim, will present on a variety of topics such as: future strategies for agentic AI and multi-layered AI integration lineups; standardization of decentralized identity (DID) and AI expansion; agentic AI-based penetration testing; large language model (LLM) security using AI guardrails; trust design based on post-quantum cryptography (PQC); mobile ID-based verification mediation; and metaverse training ecosystems powered by AI coaching.
RaonSecure especially highlights Web3 as a core element for strengthening the trust foundation in the era of agentic AI. In environments where AI autonomously makes decisions and acts, the company plans to establish systems for verifying digital identity to identify actors and manage permissions, as well as for auditing and tracking AI execution histories.
With this approach, RaonSecure’s strategy is to create a security environment that goes beyond simply verifying an AI’s answers and enables verification of exactly which entity held what authority and made what decisions or executions.
The event will also feature the finals of the “Blockchain & AI Hackathon.” Organized by the Korea Digital Authentication Association and co-hosted by RaonSecure and the Global Digital Innovation Network (GDIN), the hackathon had 318 teams participate in the preliminary round, with 10 teams advancing to the final round.
The winning teams will receive up to KRW 1 billion in startup support funds, as well as support for global expansion, overseas investment attraction, and management consulting. Sponsors for the event include the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Korea Minting, Security Printing & ID Card Operating Corporation, National Information Society Agency (NIA), National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), Naver, and KakaoBank.
This event is aimed at enterprise security and IT strategists, professionals managing authentication and identity, AI service planners and developers, and digital transformation managers in the public and financial sectors.
