Korea Teachers’ Pension to Open Recruitment for 20 New Employees in 2026
The Korea Teachers’ Pension announced on August 24, 2026 that it will conduct an open recruitment for 20 new employees for the 2026 fiscal year.
The positions are classified as level 6 administrative roles, consisting of 15 general positions, 1 regional talent position for the Honam region, 1 regional talent position for the Yeongnam region, 2 IT (financial development) positions, and 1 IT (information security) position, totaling 20 new hires. Only applicants with relevant certifications are eligible to apply for the IT positions.
Applications can be submitted exclusively online through the Korea Teachers’ Pension recruitment website until 4:00 p.m. on September 11.
The final successful candidates are expected to be announced in November. Those appointed as probationary employees will be considered for regular employment based on their training performance and work evaluation.
The recruitment process will proceed in the following order: document screening, written examination, first interview, and second interview. All stages of the process will be conducted using a blind recruitment method, excluding information such as academic background, gender, age, and place of origin.
