Pulmuone Healthcare announced on August 24 that it has launched two types of "Reset Enzyme," which incorporates high-potency enzymes that support the digestion of carbohydrates and proteins after meals, combined with high dietary fiber: Green Banana and Cabbage & Spelt.
Green Banana contains 1.8g per packet, while Cabbage & Spelt contains 2.2g per packet. The enzyme activity has been designed to reach up to 604,300 units and 1,005,000 units per packet, respectively.

In particular, the product blends soluble dietary fibers like chicory extract and resistant maltodextrin with insoluble fibers such as carrot fiber and psyllium husk, allowing consumers to intake both soluble and insoluble fiber at once.
In addition, it contains domestic cabbage and plum powder, does not use refined enzymes, flavoring agents, or preservatives, and excludes milk—an ingredient that can trigger allergies—from its raw materials.
"Reset Enzyme Green Banana" is made by fermenting Dole's green bananas with Korean Aspergillus oryzae, while "Reset Enzyme Cabbage & Spelt" delivers a grain flavor by using cabbage fermented enzyme and an enzyme formulated with the ancient grain spelt.
