Big Bang to Launch 20th Anniversary World Tour in Goyang on August 21... First Live Performance of New Song "BiiiG"
YG Entertainment has announced that the group Big Bang will kick off their 20th-anniversary world tour, titled 'XX: COSMOS,' at the Goyang Stadium Main Stadium in Gyeonggi Province, with concerts running for three days starting August 21.
During the concerts, Big Bang will perform both their major hits from the past 20 years and members’ individual solo stages. G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung were directly involved in curating the setlist, stage design, and overall directing of the show.
The event will also feature the debut live performance of their digital single "BiiiG," which was released on August 19. This marks Big Bang’s first new single in about four years and four months since 'Still Life' was released in 2022.
The band session, led by Wow Jones—who has worked on concerts for Usher, Post Malone, and Rihanna—will play all songs live throughout the show.
Stage direction includes the involvement of Mike Carson, director of the 2025 Super Bowl Halftime Show, and Es Devlin, who participated in the stage design for the closing ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics. The performances will also feature a 23-ton mobile LED structure, utilizing multi-motor torque synchronization technology.
