Korea Development Bank Selects Company K Partners as Manager for 100 Billion Won Secondary Fund
Korea Development Bank announced on August 20 that it has selected Company K Partners as the management company for the small-sized category of the "2026 Secondary Fund for Exit Market Support."
Korea Development Bank reviewed two applicants for the small-sized category through a re-announcement and ultimately selected Company K Partners. Based on a 30 billion won investment from Korea Development Bank, Company K Partners plans to establish a fund totaling 100 billion won.

Earlier in June, Korea Development Bank selected IMM Investment and LB Investment as management companies for the mid-sized category. Each of these two firms will establish a fund of 150 billion won. With the completion of the small-sized management company selection, the selection process for management companies of the "2026 Secondary Fund for Exit Market Support," totaling 400 billion won, has been finalized. A Korea Development Bank official stated, "We will quickly establish the fund to build a virtuous cycle of venture capital investment, exit, and reinvestment, and play an active role in developing a dynamic investment ecosystem."
