Yujin Enterprise Launches 'Vibe Coding' Training for Employees to Strengthen AI Capabilities
21 Projects Completed Over a Two-Month Period
Yujin Enterprise has introduced 'Vibe Coding,' a method that leverages generative artificial intelligence (AI) to empower employees in the field to directly develop work-related programs, aiming to enhance the company's internal AI utilization capabilities.
On August 20, Yujin Enterprise announced that the IT Planning Team had organized the 'AI Innovation Task Force Vibe Coding Program.' The initiative ran for about two months from May, with employees from 13 teams participating and completing a total of 21 projects.
Vibe Coding is a development approach in which users describe the desired functionality to a generative AI in natural language, and then refine and complement the code generated by the AI to create a program. Its distinguishing feature is that even those without professional coding experience can use generative AI to turn their ideas into actual programs.
The training went beyond simply learning how to use AI, focusing instead on enabling employees to identify areas for improvement in their daily work and translate those needs into programs. Drawing from their practical experience, employees developed projects that embodied ideas for improving efficiency in repetitive work, information management, and on-site operations.
To support employees without coding backgrounds in developing their projects, five mentors from Yujin IT Service also participated. The mentors assisted throughout the entire process, from brainstorming and planning to program development.

Yujin Enterprise intends to use this program to foster a culture in which employees in the field are empowered to solve problems directly, reducing reliance on the IT department or AI experts. Moving forward, the company plans to work with Yujin IT Service to build a shared AI infrastructure and offer additional Vibe Coding courses, thereby further strengthening employees' AI capabilities.
