Hironic Begins Supplying Synerjet Pro to Major Hospitals and Clinics
Hironic's next-generation needle-free multifunctional medical device, 'Synerjet Pro,' is being supplied to major hospitals and clinics in Korea.
According to Hironic on August 20, Synerjet Pro is an integrated medical device that combines needle-free micro jet injection, low-frequency stimulation, and plasma technology. After obtaining product approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in July, the company has been expanding its supply, mainly to dermatology and plastic surgery clinics. Educational programs and clinical training support for medical professionals are also being provided in parallel.
The core competitive advantage of Synerjet Pro lies in Hironic’s proprietary needle-free micro jet technology. By harnessing solenoid magnetic force, this technology finely sprays drugs and delivers active ingredients evenly to the skin without a needle, reducing both pain and downtime. It is designed for versatile clinical applications by integrating a plasma technology that ionizes nitrogen in the air—without any additional gas—and a low-frequency stimulation function.
Hironic is also pursuing global commercialization in tandem with expanding domestic supply. The company is currently undergoing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) process and plans to expand its presence in the global market based on overseas distribution agreements. Hironic expects that the clinical experience and references accumulated in major Korean hospitals and clinics will play a positive role in broadening its overseas business.
