Hyem Solutek to Oversee School Heating and Cooling Maintenance... Signs HVAC MOU with Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education
Over 1,300 Schools and Kindergartens in Gyeonggi Province Covered
Rapid Response Support for Heating and Cooling System Failures
Hyem Solutek, a subsidiary specializing in maintenance of LG Electronics system air conditioners and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, is partnering with the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education to strengthen maintenance protocols for stable operation of heating and cooling systems in schools throughout Gyeonggi Province.
On August 20, Hyem Solutek announced that it had signed a "Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Supporting Maintenance of School Heating and Cooling Facilities" with the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education. Through this agreement, the two organizations will expand their cooperation to ensure stable management of school heating and cooling systems, including: ▲ emergency dispatch support in the event of system failures; ▲ operation of a dedicated call center and reception system for schools; ▲ sharing of status and resolution reports on facility failures; and ▲ operation of technical personnel and service networks.
Support under the agreement will be provided to more than 1,300 elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as kindergartens across Gyeonggi Province. Hyem Solutek plans to facilitate a rapid response to equipment failures by connecting its regional service center, which is responsible for facilities under the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, with on-site school locations and its service network.
This MOU is significant in that it establishes a more systematic support structure for the maintenance of school HVAC facilities through cooperation between the Office of Education and a specialized HVAC maintenance company. The goal is to increase the operational reliability of HVAC facilities at educational sites by linking processes, from receiving service requests to dispatching field engineers and managing response results.
