Netflix to Produce High-Teen Romance "Don't Cross the Wall"
Set in Elite High Schools Where Dating Is Forbidden
Starring Moon Sang Min and Shin Si Ah
Netflix announced on August 20 that it will produce a new series titled "Don't Cross the Wall," starring actors Moon Sang Min, Shin Si Ah, Lee Min Jae, and Choi Hee Jin.
This high-teen romantic comedy is set in two prestigious high schools, Jinwol Boys’ High School and Jinwol Girls’ High School, which stand on either side of a single wall. It follows a group of nineteen-year-olds who are forbidden from dating, as they encounter their first loves.
Moon Sang Min will play Lee Chi Won, the model student and student body president of Jinwol Boys’ High School, while Shin Si Ah will portray So Ran, the popular student body president at Jinwol Girls’ High School. Lee Min Jae takes on the role of Gong Su Ho, who has a complicated relationship with Lee Chi Won and approaches So Ran for a certain reason. Choi Hee Jin will play Kim Riji, So Ran’s bright and quirky roommate who is also a transfer student.

The series will be directed by Lee Su Hyun, known for works such as "Secret Royal Inspector" and "Shooting Stars." The screenplay is written by Lee Na Eun, who previously penned “Melo Movie” and “Our Beloved Summer.”
