Four Types of Organic Cotton Cover Sanitary Pads Also Developed
The Korean consumer goods market in the United States, which has grown mainly around K-food and K-beauty, is now expanding into household products such as toilet paper and feminine hygiene products. Clean Nara is also accelerating its expansion into the North American market by diversifying its product range and distribution channels to better suit local consumer demand.

During the same period, export volume increased from 64,000 kg to 144,000 kg.
Clean Nara is expanding its local business in the U.S. based on accumulated consumer data and distribution experience. Initially, the company entered the U.S. market with wet wipes and feminine care products. Last year, it broadened its presence in the toilet paper market by supplying the PB (private brand) toilet paper 'Tokki' in partnership with a local distributor.
Insights gleaned from managing the PB product line have also influenced product development. It is analyzed that U.S. consumers select toilet paper not only based on width, length, and thickness according to lifestyle and usage environment, but also by considering packaging type and storage convenience.
Clean Nara is leveraging these local market insights to expand its own brand. In May, the company signed an export contract with a local U.S. distributor to officially supply its premium toilet paper brand 'SooSoo Soft.' Additionally, Clean Nara has jointly developed and is supplying four types of organic cotton cover sanitary pads exclusively for the U.S. market in partnership with MaryRuth's, an American organic health food brand.
The company is also expanding its sales regions and channels. Through new distribution partners, it is increasing its presence in major wholesale channels in LA and small to medium-sized supermarkets in Northern California, with plans to expand distribution to Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Oklahoma in the future.
In addition to expanding its product lineup to include baby wipes, Clean Nara is also considering entering major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, aiming to strengthen both its online and offline sales base.
