Kiwoom Securities to Hold 'Partner Day' at Gocheok Dome on 22nd... Raffle for Player-Worn Uniforms Also Planned
Kiwoom Securities will hold the "Kiwoom Securities Partner Day" during the game between the Kiwoom Heroes and the KIA Tigers at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on Saturday, August 22.
According to Kiwoom Securities on August 20, spectators visiting the stadium on the day of the event will be able to enjoy a variety of events in addition to the game. Notably, there will be an event where special uniforms worn by the players in that day’s game will be given away to fans.
On the day of the game, the players will wear special "Kiwoom Securities Partner Day" uniforms and caps. Before the game, a booth for entering the draw to win a player-worn uniform will be operated at Gate B. Through a raffle, fans can win the actual special uniforms worn by players in the game.
All participants in the event will receive a limited-edition sticker featuring the official mascot of Kiwoom Securities, Kiuma, and a collaborative design with the Kiwoom Heroes.
For the ceremonial first pitch and first toss, Seomin-hyeok, a teacher at Mokdong Middle School, and Kang Junsu, a student, who were selected through a special event for Kiwoom Securities customers, will take part. Teacher Seo applied with the story that he wanted to create a special memory for Kang, a student he has often accompanied to baseball games to encourage students and foster unity among friends, before Kang’s graduation.
Additionally, the "Kiwoom Securities Home Run Zone" award ceremony for July will also be held. The award will be presented by Sung Hyejeong, Executive Director of the ESG Promotion Team at Kiwoom Securities, and the recipient will be player Kim Woongbin. On July 21, during the game against Samsung at Gocheok Sky Dome, Kim hit a home run in the "Kiwoom Securities Home Run Zone." Kim will receive prize money of 1 million won.
"Kiwoom Securities Home Run Zone" accumulates a fund of 5 million won each time a home run is hit in the designated section. With a total of six home runs hit there last month, the fund reached 30 million won, bringing the accumulated amount to 100 million won. The fund will be used to support youth baseball development programs after the season concludes.
