Samsung Card Offers Financial Support to Gyeongnam Customers Affected by Heavy Rain and Flooding
Payment Billing Deferred for Up to Six Months
Samsung Card announced on August 19 that it will provide financial support—including deferred payment billing—for customers in the Gyeongnam region affected by recent heavy rainfall and flooding.
Affected customers can defer their credit card payment bills for up to six months for charges incurred from this month through October.
Domestic transactions of 10,000 won or more can also be paid in installments, interest-free, for up to six months.
Additionally, for affected customers, cash advance and card loan interest rates will be reduced by up to 30% through the end of October.
Customers wishing to receive financial support must submit a disaster damage confirmation document issued by their local government to Samsung Card.
