Get Up to 20,000 Won Cashback When Paying at Least 5,000 Won per Bill
Shinhan Card announced on the 19th that it will hold a regular payment event to help ease customer burdens when paying household utility bills.
Firstly, Shinhan Card will offer cashback to new customers who set up automatic payments for their household utility bills. Customers who register for the event by August 31 and pay at least 5,000 won per bill using a Shinhan credit card via automatic payment by October 31 will receive 5,000 won cashback per bill type, up to a maximum of 20,000 won.
The eligible payment categories are apartment maintenance fees, city gas bills, telephone bills, and electricity bills.
The cashback will be provided at the end of the month following the payment. Customers are eligible if they have not paid these bills with Shinhan Card in the past six months. Bills that were previously paid with other cards can also be easily switched to a Shinhan Card using the card transfer service.
A prize draw will also be held for customers who have received cashback. Among customers who receive the cashback, one person will win 1 million won, 20 people will receive 50,000 won each, and 500 people will receive a 5,000 won GS Convenience Store coupon.
