Jeju Air's "AI Utilization Capability Enhancement Training" is designed as a step-by-step program tailored to different hierarchies and roles, with participants ranging from frontline employees to the CEO, executives, and team managers.

Executives have studied cases and practical applications relevant to their roles as strategists leading AX-related organizational change and developing business strategies that make use of AI. Team managers received training on changes to department head responsibilities brought by AI adoption, as well as on strategies for applying AI in their respective departments.

For staff-level employees, three courses were offered in the areas of work innovation, problem-solving, and deriving insights through data, allowing individuals to select courses best suited to their roles and areas of interest. Prior to the training, a survey was conducted to determine the participants' current status and proficiency in AI utilization, as well as their expectations for the program. The findings were reflected in each course to increase practical applicability on the job.

A Jeju Air representative stated, "As the growth of our employees translates into the growth of the company, we aim to enable our personnel to quickly master new technologies and apply them to their work. We hope that this training will lead to tangible innovation and productivity gains through AI, and serve as an opportunity to enhance our company’s competitiveness amid a rapidly changing business environment."

Jeju Air continues to pursue work innovation through proactive AI adoption. In 2025, it became the first domestic airline to introduce a generative AI chatbot, reducing gaps in customer consultation services. Last June, the company implemented an AI-based hazardous materials guidance program (JRAG), and it is expanding the use of AI across a wide range of areas, from customer service to internal work support functions.
