Jeong Geonyong, head of the Anchor Project Group, stated, "While demand for employee training in the photonics and semiconductor sectors—the region's main industries—is rapidly increasing due to the proliferation of AI and digital transformation, it is not easy for small and medium-sized companies to establish their own training systems. The university will continue to take the lead as a hub for nurturing local talent by expanding practical, job-oriented training programs that employees can apply directly in their workplaces."
