HLB Pharm's 'Natia Jeju Matcha' Sells Out During First Home Shopping Broadcast
'Natia Jeju Matcha' by HLB Pharm sold out during its first home shopping broadcast.
According to HLB Pharm on August 18, all 1,063,560 prepared sachets were sold, which is equivalent to 35,452 units based on a 30-sachet pack.
Natia Jeju Matcha is made using organic tea leaves cultivated in Jeju. In particular, the product uses 'first flush' tea leaves, which are young leaves harvested for the first time this year. The tea leaves are grown using the shading cultivation method, where sunlight is blocked for a certain period before harvest, which enhances the unique flavor and quality of the matcha.
Unlike regular green tea, where the leaves are steeped, matcha is characterized by finely grinding the entire tea leaf and consuming it whole. Similarly, Natia Jeju Matcha contains 100% Jeju-grown matcha with no additives, and each serving is individually packaged for convenient consumption.
HLB Pharm has signed a contract with a single local farm in Jeju to ensure the quality and stable supply of raw materials, systematically managing processes from tea leaf selection to cultivation and production. The company plans to continue expanding customer touchpoints by broadening its sales network through various distribution channels, including home shopping.
