GC MediAI Revamps Misomall.com for 25th Anniversary
Introduction of AI-Based Personalized Services
Advancing the Platform: From Order Processing to Integrated Marketing
GC MediAI announced on August 18 that it has completely revamped its platform in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the launch of Misomall.com.
This renewal features a comprehensive overhaul of the UI and UX, as well as a complete rebuild of all shopping mall services—including the hospitals, clinics, and animal hospital mall—reflecting over 20 years of operational experience and the latest online service trends accumulated since launch.
For each pharmaceutical product, the platform now provides about 24 detailed information fields, and features with high customer inquiries, such as delivery status and restock notifications for sold-out items, have been placed on the main screen.
An artificial intelligence (AI)-powered personalized service has also been introduced based on customer purchase and usage data. The service recommends products that are due for repurchase according to each customer's purchasing history, and analyzes purchasing data by medical specialty to suggest frequently purchased pharmaceuticals and medical supplies for each department.
Cooperation features with pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies have also been expanded. A new brand store section has been created, allowing for exclusive product assortments and promotions based on specific themes. Dedicated pages for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies have been added to support targeted advertising by category.
