Mamonde Launches Exclusive Collection on India's Largest Beauty Platform Nykaa
Exclusive Launch: 10 Rose HA and Peony BHA Products
Targeting Gen Z and Millennials
Expanding Consumer Reach with Products Tailored for Local Climate and Skincare Needs
Amorepacific announced on August 18 that its beauty brand Mamonde has made an exclusive entry into Nykaa, India's largest beauty and lifestyle platform.
Nykaa is a key local distribution channel where major Indian and global beauty brands are available. Mamonde will exclusively sell a total of 10 products, focusing on its Rose HA and Peony BHA lines, to expand its touchpoints with Indian consumers.
The main target demographic consists of Millennials & Gen Z consumers who are particularly interested in skincare and K-beauty. The strategy is to reach a wider range of customers by offering functional, high-performance products with reasonable prices in a local K-beauty market that is currently dominated by premium brands.
The products have also been developed with consideration for India’s climate and the specific skincare concerns of local consumers. Factors such as strong ultraviolet rays, high temperatures, and variations in humidity were taken into account, identifying concerns like dehydration, excess sebum, and pore care as key needs. The Rose HA line contains Damask rose extract and five types of hyaluronic acid to provide hydration, while the Peony BHA line includes peony extract and BHA to help manage pores and oiliness.
