iM Bank Delivers 30 Million Won to Gyeongsan Apartment Arson Victims: "For Medical and Living Expenses"
On the 16th, iM Bank announced that it had delivered 30 million won in donations to support the treatment and livelihood stability of victims affected by the arson incident at an apartment complex in the Gyeongsan area.
On July 23, an arson attack occurred at an apartment in Gyeongsan, resulting in casualties. Since the incident, the city of Gyeongsan has established an integrated response task force, focusing on the treatment of victims and providing livelihood support to aid in their recovery.
iM Bank stated that it decided on this donation to stand in solidarity with residents suffering from the disaster, and to provide meaningful assistance for their swift recovery and return to daily life.
This donation was raised through the iM Social Contribution Foundation, funded by Love-Sharing contributions equivalent to 1% of staff salaries, and will be used to provide medical treatment, living expenses, funeral costs, and psychological therapy to help stabilize the lives of the victims.
