Kiwoom Securities Recruiting 21st Customer Panel to Gather Diverse Feedback
Kiwoom Securities announced on the 14th that it is recruiting for the “21st Customer Panel” to listen to customer feedback.
The recruitment period runs until the 20th of this month, and a total of 80 participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with 20 people selected for each financial product category.
The customer panel was launched in 2017 to gather customer feedback on the improvement of Kiwoom Securities’ financial products and services, as well as financial consumer protection. Starting in 2024, the number of customer panel recruitments has increased from twice a year to four times a year to reflect a wider range of opinions.
Anyone aged 14 or older who has traded at least one of the following with Kiwoom Securities in the past year—funds, RPs (repurchase agreements), ISAs (Individual Savings Accounts), or pension savings—may apply for the 21st customer panel.
Selected panelists should submit their feedback on topics designated by Kiwoom Securities for each product category via the dedicated customer panel email between the 21st and the 30th.
Customers who submit their feedback will receive a small gift, and panelists who provide particularly outstanding feedback will receive additional awards.
