Lotte Hi-Mart Launches Motorola Smartphone Priced at 399,000 Won
7,000mAh High-Capacity Battery Allows Up to 60 Hours of Use
Unlocked Device Customers Can Get 30GB Plan for 7,900 Won Per Month
Lotte Hi-Mart announced on August 14 that it will begin selling Motorola’s "moto g57 POWER" mobile phone. With this launch, Lotte Hi-Mart plans to further strengthen its mobile offerings by not only introducing the latest premium mobile devices but also expanding its range to include mid- to low-priced mobiles, thereby meeting the increasingly diverse needs of customers and broadening their selection of brands and products.
The "moto g57 POWER" introduced by Lotte Hi-Mart is available in two colors: "Pantone Fluidity" and "Pantone Regatta." The price is 399,000 won. The company stated, "Compared to other products with similar specifications, it is approximately 30% more competitively priced," adding, "With phone-flation continuing due to factors such as the recent rise in memory semiconductor prices, we expect high demand from customers looking for an affordable gift for their children or parents, or those considering a so-called 'second phone' in addition to their primary device."
The "moto g57 POWER" is characterized by its practicality, not just in price but also in aspects such as battery, display, and storage capacity. It is equipped with a large 7,000mAh battery, offering up to 60 hours of use on a single charge. Supporting a 6.72-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, the device is well suited for watching videos on YouTube and online video services (OTT), as well as web surfing. It also features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor and 256GB of storage capacity.
To commemorate the product launch, Lotte Hi-Mart is offering benefits through its own budget mobile plan, the "Hi-Mart Plan." This service enables customers who purchase an unlocked device to complete the entire process of enrollment, activation, and setup in-store with assistance from specialized staff.
The 30GB data plan can be used for 7,900 won per month for one year after signing up. After one year, the monthly fee is 25,900 won upon renewal. Even after exhausting the basic data allowance, customers can continue to use data at speeds up to 1Mbps without additional charges, and tethering is also supported.
