Bloox Launches AI CRM Marketing Agent 2.0
Full Automation of the Entire Process, Including Promotional Material Creation and Improvement Suggestions
On August 13, Bloox, an artificial intelligence (AI) marketing agent company, announced that it will unveil "Bloox 2.0," which allows the entire CRM (Customer Relationship Management) marketing process—from data analysis and planning to execution—to be managed within a single environment.
In November of last year, Bloox introduced "Bloox 1.0," the industry's first conversational AI CRM marketing agent. The Bloox agent enables even small marketing teams without developers or designers to carry out CRM marketing campaigns in a conversational setting, using both natural language prompt commands and click (selection)-based interfaces.
Whereas the previous version analyzed data through Q&A, providing charts and insights, version 2.0 fully automates the implementation stage of campaigns. Marketers can now focus on essential strategic decisions such as review and approval, rather than manual, complicated tasks.
The newly released 2.0 version completes complex marketing work within a single agent chat window, without the need to switch between multiple agents or platforms. The agent drafts and completes automated scenarios involving starting conditions, branches, and ending conditions. It directly handles everything from drafting Kakao notification talk templates to submitting them for approval. It autonomously creates promotional materials that fit the brand's tone and manner, regularly reviews campaigns at specified times, and suggests improvements.
Since its launch, the Bloox agent has surpassed a cumulative total of 3,700 sessions and 100,000 conversational messages. The monthly conversation volume increased nearly 25 times, from 1,400 in February to 35,000 in July. Over the last seven weeks, the Bloox agent has generated 464 targeted audience segments, 270 campaigns, and 109 automated scenarios, among other marketing assets.
Bloox has also presented its roadmap for "Agent 3.0," which focuses on performance prediction and economic optimization. Version 3.0 will calculate estimated revenue and conversion results before campaign execution. It is being developed to automatically exclude unprofitable target groups by analyzing the ROAS (Return On Advertising Spend) of recipients in real time.

Ji-Hyuk Lee, CEO of Bloox, said, "We are not stopping at being the first in the industry to introduce AI CRM agents; the advanced 2.0, based on real-world usage, has made autonomous operation from analysis to execution a practical reality for marketers. If Bloox 2.0 has demonstrated autonomy in campaign execution, our future 3.0 version will build the next-generation CRM environment by autonomously handling even performance prediction and optimization."
