Dure Signing Selected for Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Domain-Specific AI Project... Participates in 'EnerSafe' Development
Pursuing Field Validation of Electrical Fire Risk Management
Through Integration with the Real Estate Asset Management Platform KDAP
Dure Signing Co., Ltd. (CEO Yoon Soonki) has been finally selected as the demand company for the "Domain-Specific AI Model Development" project under the 2026 Small and Medium Business Technology Innovation Development Program organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
The core objective of this project is to develop an intelligent risk management platform utilizing big data related to electrical fires and IoT sensors. Dure Signing will be responsible for field demonstrations of its EnerSafe platform and for linking real estate asset management data.
EnerSafe is being developed as an AI-based platform that detects electrical anomalies such as leakage, overcurrent, and arcs that may occur in industrial sites, and analyzes power usage data to support risk management and energy efficiency. The project will be carried out over a total period of three years and is scheduled to proceed in the order of building field infrastructure, advancing the AI model, and conducting demonstrations for commercialization packages.
This consortium is organized by dividing roles in the areas of electrical safety, IoT, AI data analytics, and real estate asset management. FS Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Youngjin), which possesses smart electrical fire prevention systems and IoT hardware technology, will oversee the overall management, while Euclid Soft Co., Ltd. (CEO Chae Eunkyung), with experience in developing AI models and application services, will participate as a joint research institution.
Dure Signing will provide large-scale sites it manages as testbeds. Based on its experience in maintaining multi-use facilities and operating urban logistics centers, the company will install IoT-enabled electrical state detection sensors on major equipment and play a role in collecting and validating real-time field data.
The collected data will be connected to Dure Signing's integrated real estate asset management platform KDAP (Korea Data AI Platform). The structure allows for cross-analysis of fire risk, abnormal power prediction results, and field streaming data, which will be utilized in asset management and risk management for real estate.
In the field of building management, preemptively identifying anomalies and setting management criteria is becoming more important than responding after an incident occurs. Through this project, Dure Signing aims to establish a verification infrastructure based on digital SOC (social overhead capital) and to review models that combine energy data with asset management data.
The traditional workforce-centered periodic inspection system has shown clear limitations in detecting early signs such as subtle electrical arcs or leakage, which can occur during late-night hours or in remote blind spots since 24-hour continuous monitoring is not possible.
With the application of EnerSafe, it is expected that some of the field inspection work can be automated through an AI-based remote management system. The company also plans to verify the reduction in risk management work hours and operational costs based on a single demonstration site.

CEO Yoon Soonki stated, "This project will serve as an opportunity to expand the scope of risks to be managed in real estate asset management from legal and financial areas to equipment and disaster domains," adding, "By linking KDAP and EnerSafe, we will further expand the practical applications of the Prop-Fintech ecosystem."
