TS Trillion Signs Exclusive Distributorship with Thunder Trading in Vietnam, Targets WinMart with K-Beauty Products
TS Trillion, a company specializing in functional shampoos for alleviating hair loss symptoms, has joined forces with a local Vietnamese distributor to target the country's beauty and large-scale retail market. The company plans to supply products to major beauty spas in Vietnam while also working to secure placement in WinMart, a leading local retail chain, thereby accelerating the expansion of its distribution network.
On August 13, TS Trillion announced that it had signed an exclusive distributorship agreement with the Vietnamese firm Thunder Trading Global, with a total purchase target valued at 4.8 million USD.
Thunder Trading Global is a local distributor that has established partnerships with Vietnamese beauty company Venesa and the major retail chain WinMart, among others. Under this agreement, Thunder Trading Global will have exclusive rights to distribute and sell TS Trillion's products in Vietnam.
TS Trillion plans to supply its products through various channels, including online platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop, as well as B2B transactions and offline stores. The company will especially utilize local beauty specialty channels such as Venesa and a.SENSE to expand consumer exposure to its functional shampoo for hair loss symptom relief.
Venesa operates 13 large beauty spas in key Vietnamese cities. a.SENSE is a beauty brand providing scalp and hair care services, as well as skin, body, and nail services, operating approximately 100 centers across Vietnam.
TS Trillion will supply its functional shampoos for hair loss symptoms to these professional beauty centers, enabling local consumers to experience the products firsthand. Depending on market response, the company plans to gradually expand its product line offered.
The company is also pursuing entry into major distribution networks. TS Trillion is in final discussions, through Thunder Trading Global, for product placement in WinMart, one of Vietnam’s leading retail chains. WinCommerce, which operates WinMart, manages more than 5,000 modern retail stores nationwide in Vietnam.
If TS Trillion secures a spot in WinMart, the company will gain both specialized channels centered on beauty spas and a large-scale offline distribution network simultaneously. The company expects that leveraging a single local partner to access both beauty and retail networks will significantly aid the growth of its local business.
This agreement was made possible through the government-supported 'K-Beauty Glow Week Vietnam' program. TS Trillion expanded its partnership to an exclusive distributorship agreement based on local distribution networks after holding export consultations with Thunder Trading Global through this program.
A TS Trillion representative commented, "It is significant that, through the government support program, we found a partner with established local market and distribution networks, and even concluded a truly exclusive distributorship agreement. We aim to rapidly expand our connection to Vietnamese consumers by targeting not only beauty channels such as Venesa and a.SENSE but also major distribution channels like WinMart."
