On the 13th, TScientific announced that it has launched the "Quantum Security Business Alliance" for jointly responding to the quantum security market with Future System and has signed a strategic business agreement to cooperate in this field.
This partnership goes beyond simple cooperation between manufacturer and distributor; its primary focus is to jointly drive the commercialization and market expansion of quantum security technologies. The two companies plan to take the lead in markets where demand for PQC transitions is increasing, such as the financial and public sectors, by collaborating in sales activities and securing references together.
As quantum computing technology advances, concerns are growing that existing public key cryptography systems could be hacked, and, in response, discussions over transitioning to PQC-based security systems are accelerating in Korea. Consequently, capabilities that cover the entire process—including encryption technology itself, actual system construction and operation, and monitoring—are becoming increasingly important.
Future System provides next-generation security products such as PQC-based virtual private networks (VPNs) and firewalls. TScientific continuously monitors the network and independently verifies PQC-secured communications using its AI-powered "HawkEye" platform. The company also offers operational visibility, as well as audit and proof management functions.
Based on these capabilities, the two companies are building a joint business model spanning from PQC product supply to deployment verification and operational management. They plan to expand the scope of their collaboration from field testing to joint marketing in order to secure market references in Korea's quantum security market.
Seungjae Yoo, CEO of TScientific, stated, "The era of operational competition has arrived in the quantum security market, going beyond just product competition. Through the AI-powered HawkEye platform, we will continuously monitor and independently verify the application status of PQC-secured communications."
Wonkyo Jung, CEO of Future System, said, "PQC will become a core security technology in national key infrastructure and the public and financial sectors. Together with other alliance members, we aim to develop a reliable quantum security transition model."
