SP Samhwa Launches Two "KAROCLE Premium" Automotive Repair Paints

As exterior materials used in recently launched vehicles are becoming more luxurious and lightweight, a wide range of materials such as plastic in addition to steel are now being applied. This reflects the rising demand for high-performance paints that reduce work fatigue, shorten processing time, and increase operational turnover on site.
The "KAROCLE Premium 1K Surfacer" is a one-component surfacer. A surfacer fills minor scratches on the car's painted surface, smooths the finish, and helps enhance paint color. When infrared drying is used, it dries in just 2 to 5 minutes, significantly reducing repair time and increasing job turnover. It is available in two colors: light gray and dark gray.
The "KAROCLE Premium Bumper Primer" is designed to be the first paint applied to the plastic parts of a vehicle, improving the adhesion of the successive layers of sealer, base coat, and clear coat. It adheres firmly even to automotive plastic exterior components, which are typically difficult to paint.
Both "KAROCLE Premium" products from SP Samhwa meet the VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) environmental standards. The VOC content for the surfacer and primer is 370g/L and 560g/L, respectively, which is about 12–18% lower than the standard values.
