"Priority of Rights Comparison in Ansim Jeonse App"... HUG Signs MOU with Korea Real Estate Board
MOU Signed for Integrated Information System
Risk Assessment and Other Services to Be Introduced
On August 12, the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Korea Real Estate Board to build an integrated information system that will allow users to easily access lease-related information.
According to HUG, it is working to establish the integrated lease information system so that users can verify housing lease-related information held by various agencies through the Ansim Jeonse App, in line with the government's anti-lease fraud measures announced jointly in March 2026.
HUG plans to introduce two new services through the Ansim Jeonse App: a "Risk Assessment Service," which will guide tenants on matters such as the adequacy of their deposit and details of rights and obligations, and a "Priority of Rights Comparison Service," which will help tenants understand the order of legal rights within their lease contracts.
This MOU with Korea Real Estate Board has been signed specifically to foster critical technological cooperation for the implementation of the "Priority of Rights Comparison Service." Once this is in place, tenants will be able to check their official fixed-date information instantly within the app.
With the introduction of these services, it is expected that tenants will be able to easily confirm the effective date of tenant protection and priority reimbursement rights through the Ansim Jeonse App, greatly reducing the inconvenience of having to physically visit administrative offices to obtain required documents.

Choi Inho, President of HUG, stated, "The key to preventing lease fraud is creating an environment where people can easily and conveniently access the essential information they need. We will establish an integrated information system that enables tenants to view not only their official fixed-date records but also a wide range of lease-related details in the Ansim Jeonse App."
