Korea Investment & Securities BanKIS Holds 'Stock Accumulation' Event... Up to 100,000 Won in Benefits
Korea Investment & Securities announced on August 12 that it will hold a 'Stock Accumulation' event for BanKIS customers until October 3.
The Stock Accumulation service allows customers to regularly buy stocks by setting their preferred stocks, frequency, and investment amount. It enables users to start investing with small amounts without concerns about having large funds or the timing of trades.
This event is comprised of three categories: 'Accumulating for Myself,' 'Accumulating for My Child,' and 'Accumulating Together as a Family.'
First, for 'Accumulating for Myself,' 500 customers who use the Stock Accumulation service at least 10 times during the event period will be selected by lottery to receive a 30,000 won congratulatory bonus. Additionally, among customers who use the service at least twice and accumulate a transaction amount of 500,000 won or more, 500 winners will be selected to receive 50,000 won. Customers may receive both benefits concurrently.
Benefits are also available for minor children. The first 5,000 participants who apply for the event using an account in the child's name will immediately receive a 10,000 won investment support fund. This support can be used to execute at least one Stock Accumulation transaction, but if it is not used within 30 days after payment, the unused amount will be automatically reclaimed.
Additional benefits are available when parents and children participate together. If both a minor child and their legal guardian participate in the event and meet the Stock Accumulation requirements individually, 100 pairs (200 people) will be chosen by lottery to receive 10,000 won each, awarded to both the parent and the child.
If all conditions are met, adult customers can receive up to 90,000 won in benefits, while minor customers can receive up to 100,000 won.
A representative from Korea Investment & Securities stated, "The Stock Accumulation service is an easy way to start investing with small amounts and helps foster steady investment habits," adding, "Through this event, we hope that individual investment experience will also contribute to financial and economic education for children and support long-term family asset formation."
