KSD Nanum Foundation Delivers 80 Million Won for Burnout Prevention Training for Underserved Facility Staff
The KSD Nanum Foundation at the Korea Securities Depository has delivered 80 million won in sponsorship funds to the Korean Women's Training Institute to support burnout prevention training for workers at facilities supporting underserved groups.

View original imageAccording to the Korea Securities Depository on August 12, this training program will be held a total of six times at the Korean Women's Training Institute in Gangneung, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, from August 31 to October 30. The training, called "Filling Up for Sharing," is aimed at employees working at nationwide support facilities for women who are victims of violence, as well as social welfare facility staff. Through various burnout prevention programs, such as self-care, participant networking, and healing activities, a total of 240 facility staff serving underserved groups will be provided with a three-day, two-night period of emotional healing and recovery.
The Korea Securities Depository signed a business agreement with the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in 2013 to eradicate violence against women, and has provided annual opportunities for healing and rejuvenation to staff at support centers for women who are victims of violence, through the KSD Nanum Foundation.
