At the exhibition, the group presented: ▲Special Concrete VAP (Value Added Product), ▲High-performance mortar for reducing inter-floor noise, ▲Eco-friendly specialty cement ‘BLUEMENT’, and ▲Mobile Batch Plant.
‘BlueCon Winter’, a special concrete VAP product, is a cold-resistant concrete engineered to achieve stable strength even at minus 20 degrees Celsius. The product focuses on reducing construction delays caused by low winter temperatures and improving construction quality.
‘BlueCon RainOK’ is a special concrete that can be poured even in rainy conditions. Incorporating underwater separation prevention technology, it was developed to minimize the separation of cement and aggregates as well as strength loss due to rainwater, even when poured in rainfall conditions of up to 10 mm per hour.
A high-performance mortar specialized for flooring structures was also exhibited to reduce inter-floor noise. By increasing density and strength compared to regular mortar, this product absorbs impact and vibration from floors, thereby reducing noise transmission between floors. It is designed for convenient use, allowing immediate application upon mixing with water.
Sampyo Cement, a key affiliate, introduced its eco-friendly specialty cement brand ‘BLUEMENT’. Combining ‘blue’ and ‘cement’, this brand focuses on expanding resource circulation and reducing carbon emissions.
Sampyo Group also introduced the Mobile Batch Plant, which the company is promoting as a future growth business. This modular ready-mix concrete facility consists of a movable container and a silo. Unlike fixed factories, it can be installed and dismantled according to specific site requirements. It reduces transportation distances to save on logistics costs and enables supply of ready-mix concrete even at compact urban construction sites.
