View original imageAccording to Korea Real Estate Board's subscription portal on August 12, in the first-round subscription that took place the previous day for 'Doosan We've the Zenith Daeyeon', there were 351 subscription accounts submitted for a general supply of 123 units (excluding special supply), resulting in an average competition rate of 2.9 to 1.
The competition was especially fierce for the 59-square-meter unit type, which saw 194 applicants vying for just 10 units, recording a competition rate of 19.4 to 1.
The complex's prime location in the heart of Nam-gu, Busan, appears to have played a major role in this popularity. The development features a double-station catchment area, allowing residents to easily walk to Motgol Station and Daeyeon Station on Busan Subway Line 2, and is situated on rare flat land within Busan, greatly enhancing pedestrian and residential convenience.
Additionally, the area is surrounded by prestigious schools such as Daeyeon Elementary School, Daeyeon Middle School, Daeyeon High School, and Yemoon Girls' High School, as well as the academy district in Namcheon-dong. Residents also benefit from excellent access to the city center via Suyeong-ro and UN Peace Road, as well as a wide range of shopping and administrative infrastructure.
The complex offers a high-end experience suited to its maximum 42-story height, featuring a curtain wall exterior design, excellent interior layouts like four-bay designs and spacious pantries, a fixed down payment of 10 million KRW, and an interest-free loan for 60% of the interim payment, all of which serve to ease the financial burden on buyers.
An official from the project stated, "The double-station area, rare flat site, prestigious school zones, and the premium quality unique to 'We've the Zenith' combined with central Daeyeon-dong’s lifestyle infrastructure have attracted consistent attention since the project’s launch, which has now translated into strong results in the first-round subscriptions. With no mandatory occupancy and a relatively short six-month resale restriction, we expect continued interest from buyers in the upcoming contract schedule."
